- We guarantee all of our products against faults, even used ones. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will replace if free of charge, or refund your money, it?s up to you! Just call us on 02392 838 800 for assistance.

- At any point up to 30 days after purchase you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. This is as long as the item is in the same condition in which we sent it to you (unused). «Used» items must still have sales tags attached and will be checked upon return. If we determine that the customer has used them since purchased then no refund is given.

USMCPRO: No hidden charges

- All prices on our website and in our catalogue are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of 15% VAT (Value Added Tax).

- Postage costs vary depending on how fast you need your kit. All parcels are sent «Recorded» Delivery and require a signature upon delivery. This way we can ensure that you get your kit. In the unlikely event that it does go missing the parcel will be re-sent or refunded once the delivery agent confirms loss.

Mainland UK Postal Charges:

* This is only guaranteed with orders placed before 12pm ( Midday) and being sent to mainland UK or Northern Ireland. Please note that some postcode areas are not able to receive 24 or 48 Hour deliveries. It is your responsibility to know if you are eligible but if you require assistance in this matter please feel free to call us on 02392 838 800.

Northern Ireland

- Postage on all orders to Northern Ireland is charged at cost.

- Fixed postage charge of £13 on all orders between 2kg - 30kg ( 24-Hour and 48-Hour delivery available* if conditions above are met)

- Orders under 2kg fall into mainland UK postage charges and delivery times (Table Above).

Republic of Ireland

- Postage on all orders to the Republic of Ireland is charged at cost.

- The fixed postage charge on all orders between 2kg - 30kg is £13.25.

- Orders under 2kg cost between £7 - £13.

All Other International Locations

- All remaining international postage is also charged at cost. This varies depending on where you are in the world. We will try our hardest to get your kit to you on time and cost effectively.

- Please supply a valid email address and all postal charges will be emailed to you before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur while awaiting a reply. Nor will we refund cost of postage if no reply is sent. Your order can be cancelled at any point before dispatch but not after.

USMCPRO Returns Policy

- If you are not completely satisfied with your kit, you may return the items within 30 days of purchase, unused and in the original packaging. We will either give you a full refund (minus postage) or exchange the items as you wish. Your statutory rights are not affected.

- We try to be as understanding as possible with returns so, if you do not fall into the criteria but are not happy then please call us on 02392 838 800.

- For returns, please include the «Return Slip» that is sent with the invoice to help speed up the process. An additional charge of £4.50 will be required for postage of the exchanged item/s. If USMCPRO was at fault, I.E. the wrong item has been sent, then we refund the cost of return postage back to you and send the goods out postage free.

VAT (Value Added Tax) Free Sales

- Provided your order is being posted outside of the EU you are eligible for VAT free sales. EU member countries which MUST pay VAT are as follows:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

- Certain BFPO addresses outside the UK are eligible for VAT free sales. The following addresses CANNOT deduct VAT from their order: 6, 8, 15 to 49, 101 to 140, 801 to 825.

- BFPO addresses in Germany and Cyprus are eligible for VAT free sales but must provide a VAT Exception Form. These are usually obtained from a CO. Without the form we cannot sell to you VAT free unfortunately.
